CGJ Building Services Limited design, build, install and maintain sophisticated mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems working with a number of major architects, building and facilities companies on a wide range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance contracts. Founded in 1993 by the current directors with a wealth of industry experience, the business has expanded by staying true to the core philosophy of the management team; approaching every project with fresh dedication, commitment and passion.

The camaraderie of Coles Grant and Jones has been created through a continued working relationship of over 20 years, and the development of a dedicated and committed team of engineers form a stable, reliable workforce, enabling us to focus on delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our contracts range in size and complexity from smaller £50,000 projects through to multi million pound installations with each receiving the same level of quality service and dedication.
